Key Responsibilities

•Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently to transport chicks.
•Conduct equipment inspections, report issues, and maintain equipment cleanliness.
•Drive in a way that maintains product quality and integrity.
•Communicate verbally and in writing with associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors.
•Follow delivery schedules and uphold biosecurity protocols, documentation, and housekeeping/PPE requirements.

•Have a valid Class A CDL with 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.

•Communicate effectively and follow written and verbal directions; maintain safe driving with good hand-eye coordination.
