Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build and maintain the data infrastructure and data pipelines for ML models (ML Infrastructure and Operations).
  • •Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for underwriting and other financial services applications; ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
  • •Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML models into production systems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • •Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models; implement processes for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • •Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize models and align with business goals; mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering with production deployments
  • •Proficiency in Python or Ruby
  • •Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • •Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps, plus cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
