Job Summary

Design, develop, and implement Workday-based people systems capabilities within the CorpOS business systems platform. Partner with People, Finance, and Legal to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions that automate key business processes. Analyze and improve existing systems, lead system-centric projects, coordinate integrations with vendors and service providers, and support internal teams with best practices, training, and documentation.

•Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, including scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
•Integrate systems and solutions with vendors/third-party providers and support internal teams building custom solutions (build vs. buy), including training and documentation.

Key Requirements

•4+ years designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred).
•Experience as a sole administrator with limited reliance on external resources to execute projects.
•Proven track record leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating business requirements into technical solutions.
•U.S. Person status required due to access to export-controlled data.
