Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand business needs and partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions.
  • •Support intake meetings for each hiring requirement.
  • •Assist with social media content and job postings to articulate the value proposition to external talent.
  • •Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond.
  • •Support assessments and selection: applicant down select, telephone screening, interview coordination, testing, and offer management.
