•Lead high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, including trade-offs and stakeholder alignment.
•Foster a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product-focused engineering solutions with speed and quality.
•Contribute to system architecture decisions and champion best practices for maintainability and security.

•5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of building and scaling web applications in production

•Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
•Experience designing and implementing complex distributed systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure
•Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery and aligning stakeholders, plus mentoring junior engineers
