Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer communications and business relationships to ensure effective execution of the annual business cycle and contract requirements.
  • •Organize and conduct required program meetings including Continuous Crystal Ball, Roadmap, Technical Reviews, and Program Management Reviews.
  • •Own profit and loss responsibility for CIP-related business and meet program financial objectives.
  • •Manage contracts/projects through baseline and execution to meet cost and schedule targets, including flow-down of contractual requirements and delivery of CDRL data items.
  • •Use EVMS tools to actively manage the program and ensure CIPTs and CAMs follow EVMS guidance, and represent TF33 CIP in USAF/Pratt & Whitney executive reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree.
  • •10 years of engineering, operations, sustainment, program management, or project management experience; or an advanced degree with 7 years of the same experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen, due to access requirements for restricted systems/tools.
  • •Ability to travel up to 10% to support Program Reviews.
  • •Experience using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tools to manage the program (or closely related experience).
