•Define and execute the FM & CRE strategy for Spain, ensuring safe, efficient and sustainable work environments aligned with business goals and ESG commitments.
•Lead transformation projects for spaces, workplace evolution, and related facilities programmes.
•Ensure operational excellence through cost-effective facilities management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and compliance with contractual and health & safety standards.
•Lead and develop the FM & CRE team, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and talent development.
•Coordinate with senior business stakeholders and global teams, representing FM & CRE in internal committees and forums.

Key Requirements

•More than 10 years of experience in Facility Management and/or Corporate Real Estate in complex corporate or multinational environments.
•Technical formation in engineering, real estate, facility management or similar.
•Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholder management.
•Proven experience in budget management, cost control and risk mitigation.
•Ability to define and implement FM & CRE strategy and lead transformative projects in spaces and workplace models.
