Senior Cost Manager - Data Centers

Lead end-to-end cost management for data center projects, serving as the day-to-day interface with clients and supporting strategic commissions and high-profile work. Own estimate and cost planning across conceptual, programming, and detailed stages; contribute to feasibility studies and procurement reporting; manage procurement activities including bid analysis and contractual documents. Deliver post-contract cost reporting, valuations, change control support, value engineering, and final account negotiation.
