Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide estimate and cost planning, producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • •Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed level to support project delivery.
  • •Assist feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • •Manage procurement end-to-end, including pre-qualification, bid list, bid analysis, bid report, and contractual documents.
  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, support change control and cost variances, and negotiate/approve final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience across cost management, including pre-contract, post-contract, and final account.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Experience advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
  • •Good understanding of civils, structural, and architectural aspects as they relate to construction projects.
  • •Fluent in English with excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
