Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and at least 4 years of job-relevant experience.
  • •Experience supporting the design, construction, commissioning, operation, or maintenance of utility substations, battery energy storage, or renewable energy facilities.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and compliance requirements, including UL, IEEE, NFPA, NEC, NERC, and utility interconnection requirements for inverter-based resources.
  • •Strong understanding of power system studies (short circuit, load flow, reactive power, harmonics, transients, arc flash) and system modeling.
  • •Proven experience reviewing contractor deliverables such as drawings, calculations, technical submittals, and RFIs while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
