Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously develop the Group’s banking infrastructure across 30+ operating entities to ensure account availability, diversification, and resilience.
  • •Define and execute bank/fintech partner strategy: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with RMs across banks and EMIs.
  • •Develop treasury infrastructure and capabilities for operating companies, including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging instruments, and investment modules.
  • •Drive commercial negotiations with banking partners to secure fee structures, FX rates, and credit terms.
  • •Manage and develop the team and design scalable internal processes for bank sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding while maintaining metrics and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Finance experience across international companies, banks, or IT companies.
  • •Solid understanding of payment systems and cross-border/multi-currency transaction experience.
