Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain senior relationships with developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and asset owners to support growth.
  • •Represent the company at industry events and identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer requirements.
  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for utility-scale solar, BESS, and eBOS solutions, providing technical guidance on design, constructability, performance, and compliance.
  • •Support specification and adoption of company products into project designs and procurement packages, ensuring alignment with Australian standards and industry requirements.
  • •Provide technical input into product and innovation initiatives and support tenders, technical proposals, commercial negotiations, and resolution of technical issues during execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Australia’s renewable energy, electrical infrastructure, or utility sectors.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting utility-scale solar and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
  • •Strong understanding of eBOS systems, electrical infrastructure, and utility-scale project delivery.
  • •Proven experience working with developers, EPC contractors, and engineering consultants; established industry network desired.
