Job Summary

Design and deliver Battery Management Systems (BMS) hardware for power tools, including circuit design, schematics, and PCB layout. Validate and debug BMS components, produce design documentation and test reports, and collaborate with suppliers on BMS module manufacturing and tester development. Support battery pack phase testing, address technical issues, and assist with regulatory certifications. Maintain mature product lines and develop cost-down solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own BMS hardware circuit design, including schematics and PCB layout for power tools.
•Select and validate BMS hardware components and perform functional verification and debugging; create design documents and test reports.
•Support BMS module manufacturing build and tester development with suppliers.
•Participate in battery pack phase testing, address technical issues, and implement practical solutions.
•Assist with regulatory certifications and maintain mature product lines with cost-down solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Electrical Autoimmunization, with 7+ years of electronic product development experience.
•Experience with BMS for power tools (preferred).
•Strong understanding of BMS core technologies, including lithium battery charge/discharge, protection, and balancing.
•Knowledge of Bluetooth hardware and protocol (preferred).
•Proficiency with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer and PSpice, plus English communication skills.
