•Own internal tooling product used in manufacturing, delivery, or operations.
•Conduct discovery by observing work on the factory floor, site trailer, and ops bridge.
•Ship weekly with a small engineering team, cutting scope to keep the loop tight.
•Measure adoption honestly and discontinue features that don’t earn their keep.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 236,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have PM'd internal tools or operational software with real users.
•Use work observation for discovery instead of surveys.
•Write specs engineers find tight, decided, and buildable.
•Own feature outcomes and be willing to kill features when data says to.
•Bonus: experience in manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure domains; SQL fluency; AI product experience; engineering background.
