Lead the Regulation and Intervention unit for the Besançon network, overseeing a team of 14 controllers to ensure high-quality, compliant traffic regulation and incident response. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Regulation Pole by monitoring activity with indicators and follow-up tools, while ensuring adherence to budgetary and contractual commitments and proposing improvements to processes and service quality.
•Animate and develop the team, promote commercial behaviors among agents, coordinate projects, and manage recruitment, evaluations, and training to support career progression.
•Enforce safety, hygiene and environmental rules; implement disciplinary actions when needed, and contribute to a positive quality of life at work through effective management and communication.
•Ensure regulated traffic operation in normal and degraded conditions, optimize line performance, respond to incidents, and coordinate with public security services as required.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize network operations, propose line improvements, and ensure rapid interceptions during incidents while maintaining service quality.

Key Requirements

•Formal higher education with Bac+2/+4 (or equivalent professional experience) and significant experience in regulation and/or network operation.
•Proven ability to manage priorities under pressure with rigour and strong communication and team leadership skills.
•Experience in supervising and developing a team, and in implementing process improvements and quality initiatives.
•Ability to apply safety, hygiene and environmental rules and to ensure regulatory compliance in daily operations.
•Valid Driving license (Permis D) and/or FIMO and/or tram/voyageurs authorization as required.
