Advise on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace native security controls, troubleshoot post-migration mail flow issues, and refine SEG displacement methodologies while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of migration projects for seamless transition from legacy SEGs to Abnormal Security.
•Deliver guidance on enterprise mail flow, including SMTP/MX records and SPF/DKIM/DMARC routing across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
•Advise on native security controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to replace SEG functionality.
•Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow issues to ensure secure, reliable email delivery post-migration.
•Develop and manage project plans, mitigate migration risks, coordinate with internal teams, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,700 - 179,300 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA with 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations.
•4+ years managing enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including hands-on SEG decommissioning.
•Deep knowledge of enterprise mail flow and architecture, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across cloud and on-premise.
•Strong understanding of email security (filtering, threat protection, DLP) and compliance experience across SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
•Experience leveraging AI platforms such as Glean and Claude, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security.
