Support HR lifecycle operations for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, job status changes, and contract preparation. Help coordinate and improve employee lifecycle processes and policy updates, and collaborate with HRBPs, talent teams, and regional HR to support ongoing initiatives. Provide administrative support for employee inquiries, assist with audits/compliance reviews and employee-record data accuracy checks, and contribute to documentation and process improvements to enhance employee experience.
