Salary: CAD 24 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date within 6 months of graduation) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • •Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills, with the ability to assess, plan, and troubleshoot while collecting customer issue information.
  • •Knowledge in at least some of: SAP HANA/other databases, operating systems (Windows Server/Linux), and data communications/networking (HTTP/TCP/IP/DNS).
  • •Familiarity with RESTful web services and JSON, and security/authentication technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, SSL, and SSO.
