Job Summary

Build and maintain a reliable, automated services framework for Workday Government analytics. As an SRE on the Analytics Delivery Engineering team, you’ll design CI/CD and infrastructure automation for Kubernetes-based platforms, improve monitoring/alerting/observability, and help secure and operate Workday Federal deployments supporting GovCloud delivery. You’ll collaborate across teams and participate in production on-call to ensure analytics reliability.

•Build CI/CD and automation solutions for Prism engineering and the SRE team.
•Enhance monitoring, alerting, and tracing for internal and production services.
•Design, develop, and implement Kubernetes platform solutions including infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and observability tools.
•Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using Terraform and Argo CD.
•Support production reliability through on-call duties and ensure GovCloud delivery foundation for Workday Analytics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,500 - 227,300 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience (on-premises or cloud), with strong systems architecture, networking, and security understanding.
•Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, architecture, and administration.
•Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
•3+ years experience working with AWS cloud services in a production setting.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred).
