Senior Principal, IAM Strategy & Product Management

Own the multi-year Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy, product roadmap, and governance framework across the enterprise. Partner with cyber security leadership, technology teams, risk, compliance, and audit to mature IAM services and drive adoption across key domains such as IGA, PAM, access controls, authentication, authorization, directory services, and emerging identity technologies. Lead transformation initiatives, establish KPIs and executive reporting, and ensure alignment to regulatory and best-practice requirements.
