Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the multi-year IAM strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity plan aligned to enterprise and cyber security priorities.
  • •Own IAM product strategy and lifecycle management, including vision, OKRs, performance measures, and roadmap prioritization.
  • •Lead enterprise governance forums and steering committee discussions to drive adoption and alignment across cyber security, technology, risk, compliance, and business functions.
  • •Drive large-scale IAM transformation initiatives from strategy through delivery, managing dependencies, risks, operating models, and performance management.
  • •Ensure IAM capabilities align with regulatory requirements and control frameworks, partnering with audit, compliance, and risk teams and sponsoring remediation for findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • •10-15+ years of experience across cyber security, Identity & Access Management, product management, technology strategy, or related disciplines.
  • •Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale IAM initiatives and transformation programs.
  • •Deep understanding of IAM architecture, operating models, governance, and industry best practices.
  • •Experience developing technology strategy, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
