Support Kraft Heinz’s EPDM “Away From Home” (AFH) channel by driving channel management, market analysis, and marketing initiatives across regions. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the EPDM AFH community by creating routines for sharing information and updates across stakeholders.
•Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to develop and execute cross-channel campaigns (AFH + Retail), including partner support as relevant.
•Implement marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales growth, including supporting growth strategies and the product development process toward market launch.
•Serve as a liaison between markets and internal teams by collecting/generating partner content and organizing virtual webinars for knowledge sharing.
•Assist with planning and coordinating online and offline events, manage partner relationships (including media and creative agencies), and support upcoming product launches and strategic projects.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (Year 3 or 4) or Master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
•Analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights (e.g., penetration data, consumer insights, performance metrics).
•Ability to work with ambiguity and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
•Strong problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset, and creative thinking with adaptability under pressure.
•Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills in English.
