Key Responsibilities

•Set and own the country-wide workplace operating model, service quality, operational readiness, employee experience, and escalations across India locations including Mumbai, New Delhi, and Bangalore.
•Ensure workplaces are safe, reliable, welcoming, and ready for employees, visitors, and business priorities.
•Own facilities-management governance including service standards, SLAs, KPIs, commercial accountability, and escalation paths for partners and vendors.
•Manage country-level operating budgets, forecasting, resource prioritization, purchasing discipline, and vendor spend with Finance and Procurement.
•Lead operational readiness and cross-functional handover for office openings, expansions, renovations, moves, commissioning, and post-occupancy stabilization.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, hospitality operations, or a related field in complex multi-site environments.
•Demonstrated independent leadership of workplace/facilities operations across multiple India locations, including operating model building or scaling in Mumbai, New Delhi, and Bangalore.
•Proven management of integrated facilities-management providers, contractors, and specialist vendors, including SLAs, performance reviews, escalations, and commercial accountability.
•Ownership of country-level operating budgets, forecasting, procurement, invoice processes, and vendor spend.
•Working knowledge of workplace safety, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and India facilities-related compliance, with good judgment on when to involve specialists.
