Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Platform Team’s technical roadmap end-to-end, sequencing component library, AI enablement, deployment/observability, and developer-experience workstreams.
  • •Centralize and drive migration to a shared component library (tokens, primitives, wrapped components, Storybook/Figma integration), maintaining production DOM rendered from the library.
  • •Lead AI-driven front-end development unlock using design-to-code mapping, AI grounding component metadata, and ESLint/CI guardrails to prevent shadow components.
  • •Modernize deployment, testing, release, and observability with regression automation, feature-flag and A/B automation, and proactive monitoring (RUM, crash detection, session replay).
  • •Run the operating cadence (quarterly stakeholder reviews, platform placemat, onboarding/migration guides, and closed-loop developer-experience surveys).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Former software engineer who shipped production software end-to-end (design, build, test, deploy, operate).
  • •Comfortable in architectural discussions and evaluating technical tradeoffs with engineering partners.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar platforms (e.g., Stitch by Google).
  • •Own a technical roadmap and deliver results with strong prioritization and decision-making for long-term platform value.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with either a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) or at least 4 years of Product Management experience (if degree is in any field).
