Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as corporate secretary for one or more wholly-owned, in-Kingdom subsidiaries.
  • •Advise boards of directors, related committees, and senior management on corporate governance matters.
  • •Organize and manage board meetings and advise on board authority and governance.
  • •Prepare proxies, powers of attorney, and other governance-related delegations.
  • •Oversee and update an entity management system data set and liaise with global legal professionals supporting the Saudi Aramco group.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Laws and/or Master of Law, with Juris Doctorate or equivalent preferred.
  • •Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of citizenship or residency.
  • •7+ years of experience with a strong law firm, large corporation, or sophisticated business organization.
  • •General corporate experience advising senior management and/or a board of directors.
  • •Attention to detail, teamwork, negotiation, and communication; experience leading, teaching, and mentoring is expected.
