Lead the design and execution of Wise Platform's RFP enablement function, owning end-to-end processes from intake to retrospective. •Own end-to-end RFP process design and governance, from intake to retrospective.
•Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of approved responses and product/compliance data.
•Assess and implement RFP tooling and automation to support efficient, high-quality submissions.
•Institute a validation and sign-off framework to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
•Produce dashboards and analytics on RFP pipeline, win rates, and turnaround times to drive continuous improvement

Salary: GBP 82,000 - 138,000 annually

•Build and maintain a centralised knowledge repository of approved answers, product capabilities, compliance docs, case studies, and data points.
•Select and implement RFP tooling — evaluate, procure, and embed technology to support response workflow (e.g. automation platforms, AI-assisted writing tools, content versioning)
•Establish a review and sign-off framework to ensure every submission is accurate, on-brand, and strategically positioned
•Define criteria for which RFPs to pursue, aligned to GTM strategy and lead post-RFP retrospectives to feed back learnings
