Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cargo warehouse and freighter ramp operations at appointed stations, coordinating ramp activities and freighter operations.
  • •Plan and deliver complex cargo loads for passenger or freighter operations and provide on-the-job training, coaching, and advice to GHA staff.
  • •Conduct regular inspections to ensure cargo operations are performed safely and securely in compliance with regulatory requirements, including SMS guidelines and company procedures.
  • •Drive and improve freighter OTP performance in a challenging station environment, supporting revenue budget achievement and cost savings.
  • •Raise PR/PO/GRN in SAP and verify supplier invoices; escalate medium or higher-level risks to appropriate management; handle ad-hoc tasks and VIP/special services from acceptance to delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years cargo operations experience (or equivalent) with a high school diploma
  • •Comprehensive understanding of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance expectations
  • •Verbal and written English proficiency
  • •Good understanding of computer airfreight specifications
  • •Industry training in Dangerous Goods, Cargo Operations, Security, Quality, and Auditor trainings is an advantage
