Key Responsibilities

  • •Support hardware asset management activities including asset updates, buyouts, disposal, and contract expiry/EOL tickets.
  • •Perform software asset management by managing software requests and licenses and ensuring license compliance and record accuracy.
  • •Assist with contract administration and vendor onboarding for suppliers, coordinating documentation and support activities.
  • •Reconcile HAM/EAM invoices and validate PO quantity information; consolidate operational data for reporting.
  • •Maintain process documentation/SOPs and audit-ready records; identify and support process improvement initiatives.
