Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Product & Engineering organization for Coda and FP&A end to end, including team, architecture, delivery, and roadmap.
  • •Define and deliver the long-term strategy for Coda & FP&A with clear product, technology, and investment plans.
  • •Set engineering strategy and technical direction for the codebases (Java, C, TypeScript) and engage credibly in architecture and design decisions.
  • •Lead modernization and portfolio investment decisions, balancing technical debt, service stability, innovation, and operational resilience.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow the product and engineering teams as the organization scales, including talent plans, operating model, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in engineering leadership, including at least 5 years managing engineering managers or multiple teams, with proven ability to own both product and engineering.

  • •Demonstrable hands-on experience applying AI to software engineering at team scale with measurable results.
