Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop RF radio architectures (receivers, transmitters, transceivers) from requirements through production.
  • •Architect RF signal chains and optimize trade-offs across noise, distortion, and dynamic range.
  • •Model, simulate, test, and optimize active/passive and mixed-signal RF circuits.
  • •Select, characterize, and integrate ADCs/DACs and design associated baseband driving, filtering, and interface circuits.
  • •Own RF PCBA design and test end-to-end, including analysis, component selection, schematics/layout, bring-up, DVT/ATP, and transition to manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •7+ years of experience designing complete RF receiver and/or transmitter signal chains with architecture trade-off studies.
  • •Experience designing and integrating high-speed data converters (ADC/DAC) including characterization and anti-alias/reconstruction filter design.
  • •Experience with synthesizer/LO design including PLL loop filter optimization, phase noise analysis, and spur management.
  • •Experience with schematic capture, board bring-up, test, and optimization, including RF test equipment and ability to obtain/hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
