Job Summary

Drive customer success with Cisco ThousandEyes by delivering hands-on implementation, enablement, and optimization services. Engage early during deployment to ensure adoption and value realization, including planning deployments, configuring monitoring, documenting solutions, and training customers. Serve as a trusted technical advisor with strong knowledge of network architecture, monitoring systems, and web technologies (including REST APIs), comfortable partnering across technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with enterprise customers during the initial stages to ensure successful ThousandEyes deployment, adoption, and value realization.
•Deliver enablement, implementation, and optimization services throughout the customer engagement.
•Plan and execute deployments, including configuring monitoring.
•Document solutions and provide best-practice recommendations tailored to each environment.
•Deliver customer training and partner across technical and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated project management and consulting experience, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in tight timeframes.
•Strong knowledge of network and application protocols; Cisco/Juniper certification is strongly preferred.
•Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments.
•Familiarity with web technologies for deployment, maintenance, and debugging, including REST APIs.
•Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
