Lead TikTok’s external communications strategy for Turkey, shaping the regional narrative and driving proactive PR tied to business and reputation goals. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, own, and deliver TikTok’s communications and PR strategy for Turkey aligned with regional and global priorities.
•Shape and evolve the Turkey narrative, balancing trust and safety with proactive storytelling on economic, social, and cultural impact.
•Develop campaigns and narratives with clear metrics and accountability tied to business and reputation objectives.
•Integrate policy and communications with Government Relations and Public Policy teams to anticipate risks and translate complex topics into credible external narratives.
•Lead issues and crisis response in Turkey, identifying risk and coordinating fast, high-quality responses with clear decision-making.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Extensive communications or PR experience in complex, high-stakes, high-scrutiny environments.
•Deep understanding of the Turkish media, geopolitical, and cultural landscape.
•Proven crisis and issues management experience.
•Experience with public policy, government, or regulatory communications (direct or closely partnered).
•Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) for daily external stakeholder engagement.
