Mfg Operations Manager

Supervise manufacturing and operations activities across assembly, inspection, testing, and final test for capital equipment and electronic/mechanical components. Own production scheduling and milestone meetings, monitor cycle time and other performance metrics, and drive responses to operational issues that impact customer satisfaction. Lead EHS training and safety compliance, manage performance and employee development, and optimize production capacity using real-time status data. Apply Lean, Safety, and Quality to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
