Job Summary

Support Account Executives worldwide on Quote-to-Cash processes by answering deal structure questions, providing quote and contract support, and running complex deal calculations. Partner with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk Support, and Legal to drive deal execution while following quoting guidance, policies, and SOX compliance. Improve operational processes, support service delivery and new NPIs, and enable cross-training through clear stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Help drive revenue growth by delivering quick, efficient, customer-focused Quote-to-Cash support.
•Guide Account Executives on executing transactional to complex cross-cloud deals effectively.
•Follow internal quoting guidance, policy, and quoting rules to create, modify, and execute quotes with accuracy and compliance.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible SOX compliance.
•Drive operational excellence through process improvement, technology, innovation, and enable cross-training among team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•2-3 years minimum experience in customer order management, sales operations, or sales/customer support.
•Experience with contract structuring and commission calculation.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive accurate, compliant outcomes.
