Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in overseeing construction crafts/trades and subcontractor activities within an assigned area of responsibility.
  • •Coordinate project planning and control, including reviews of schedules, manning charts, material/equipment requirements, and project pre-plans (CPM schedule).
  • •Monitor adherence to approved plans, budgets, timelines, and quality standards, including compliance with internal/external recordkeeping requirements.
  • •Support execution of change processes by reviewing RFCs, change order proposals, and change directives for quality assurance and merit.
  • •Provide technical support across pre-construction, construction, and closeout, including constructability reviews, cost estimation/negotiation for extra services, payment applications, and certification/closeout coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Two years of full-time paid experience in project or construction management for commercial and/or public or healthcare facility construction projects with values over $5M.
  • •Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • •Experience in leadership on LEED-certified projects.
  • •Support planning, coordination, and control of construction activities and compliance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
