Key Responsibilities

  • •Run solution discovery with customer stakeholders to surface business challenges, data/governance gaps, and AI automation opportunities.
  • •Rapidly prototype and validate AI agent solutions using the Alation platform, creating proof-of-concept agents and low/no-code prototypes.
  • •Architect scalable configuration-first solutions, making tradeoffs between configuration and customization for maintainability.
  • •Own complex end-to-end delivery across workstreams and integrations, ensuring solutions are embedded through enablement and governance reinforcement.
  • •Define KPIs and value stories, support executive business reviews, manage scope/risk, and deliver reusable patterns and structured product feedback.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •6 years of management consulting (strategy/operations/tech) or forward-deployed solution experience at data platform companies.
  • •Hands-on technical fluency with data; SQL essential, and comfort reading code and working with technical teams.
  • •Experience building and deploying low/no-code solutions, moving from prototype to production.
  • •Strong stakeholder presence with Director/Sr. Director-level customers; comfortable with exec-facing moments.
  • •Working understanding of AI agent patterns and LLMs, plus data governance and metadata management (preferred).
