Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage strategic ecosystem partnerships with foundries, ASIC design partners, IP providers, EDA vendors, advanced packaging providers, and infrastructure technology companies.
  • •Develop an ecosystem partnership strategy aligned with the company’s silicon roadmap, product milestones, and commercial priorities.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional alignment on technical requirements, commercial terms, program timelines, and partner deliverables; support licensing and partnership discussions.
  • •Develop advanced packaging and supply chain relationships across CoWoS integration, HBM, substrate, interposer, OSAT, and backend manufacturing ecosystems.
  • •Partner with go-to-market and product teams to strengthen ecosystem narrative and positioning; represent Furiosa in executive briefings, events, and negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, silicon partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, product management, or related roles
  • •Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem (foundry, ASIC design, IP, EDA, advanced packaging, memory, substrate, OSAT, and system-level partners)
  • •Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, legal, finance, sales, and marketing
  • •Strong commercial and negotiation skills across partnership structures, licensing models, and supply agreements
  • •Technical fluency in areas such as AI accelerators, SoCs, chiplets, advanced nodes, packaging, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, and data center infrastructure
