Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
  • •Train on industry-leading smart home products and become an expert in the technology.
  • •Manage inventory and assets and conduct routine maintenance on company products and equipment.
  • •Explain system capabilities and provide operational instructions to customers.
  • •Convert service and installation appointments into leads and revenue while encouraging additional product and service purchases.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • •Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • •Ability to climb ladders up to 14 feet and work in confined spaces such as attics.
