User Research Operations Specialist

Own the operational systems that enable scaled, high-quality user research across Product Design and Product Management. Serve as the first point of contact for study planning, participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentives, while improving research workflows and documentation. Manage research tooling, vendor relationships, and seat allocation, and lead knowledge management by maintaining and enhancing the research repository for discoverability and synthesis across studies.
