Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, and develop strategic alliances to expand market reach and access.
  • •Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects of varying complexity.
  • •Lead proposal capture teams on major multidisciplinary and alternative delivery pursuits in coordination with client account managers and operations leads.
  • •Develop strong client relationships and lead projects from initiation to close-out while achieving mandated goals and objectives.
  • •Provide leadership across all facets of project delivery and assume full accountability for design within approved scope, schedule, and budget.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 146,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed architect or engineer
  • •University Degree in relevant field of study
  • •Ten (10) years relevant experience, with a minimum five (5) years as a Project Director, delivering new buildings and capital improvement projects
  • •Maintain strong, long-standing relationships with federal government and proven track record of delivering projects
  • •Transferable Secret security clearance or 10 years residence history in Canada
