Insomniac - Project Manager, Production & Operations

Plan, coordinate, and execute music and event production end-to-end, from initial planning through event close-out. Own budgeting and financial tracking (topline budget, budget master, purchase tracking), drive logistics and site management, and coordinate departmental schedules. Lead on-site production meetings and dispatch processes during load-in, manage stakeholder communications across producers, promoters, venue and public safety teams, and ensure safe, timely execution.
