Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain budgets (Topline Budget, Budget Master), manage purchase tracking, and collaborate on reporting reviews and overage approvals.
  • •Coordinate event planning across departments, including advances/contacts, travel/logistics pull sheets, global build scheduling, and rosters/signage advances.
  • •Lead on-site operations by organizing production meetings during load-in and executing dispatch guidance and real-time request coordination.
  • •Serve as a key stakeholder point of contact for venue relations, permitting, community relations, and coordination with public safety teams to ensure compliance.
  • •Manage ongoing communication by running production meetings, taking action-item notes, and coordinating cross-department updates and projects that require leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000

Key Requirements

  • •Strong budgeting expertise across financial tracking, forecasting, and budget reconciliation.
