Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the continued development of a strong team, providing leadership and robust management. Serve as the first point of direct contact with clients, partners, and contractors.
  • •Oversee key projects from concept to delivery, including design, procurement, subcontract, factory acceptance, installation, site acceptance, and commissioning.
  • •Participate in and guide engineering design tasks, ensuring high-quality and technically sound solutions.
  • •Drive business development within a crucial segment of the engineering department, serving as a key holder of resources and expertise.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive design-focused experience in the nuclear sector, covering both new construction and decommissioning projects.
  • •Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence other engineers and provide strategic advice.
  • •Track record of delivering projects end-to-end across the full lifecycle.
  • •Capability to lead and drive business development within a critical engineering segment.
  • •Familiarity with European and American standards, Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or equivalent, and a Mechanical Engineering degree at Master’s or PhD level.
