Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the department’s strategy, annual KPI plans, and budgets related to prospective funding program requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain policies and procedures for sponsored-project data integrity and records retention; adhere to information security and confidentiality requirements.
  • •Manage research systems and act as the data management liaison for the R&D division, including facilitating data feeds to and from connected systems.
  • •Work with systems vendors to implement change orders and integrations; represent the research division on technology committees and data enablement projects.
  • •Supervise the team through coaching and mentoring, training recommendations, performance appraisals, and regular meetings with subordinates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Statistics, Finance, or Management subjects.
  • •Experience working in a research-awarding environment such as a research funding agency, foundation, or university internal funding function.
  • •At least 3 years of experience with software, including creation, enhancement, maintenance, and data organization and interpretation.
