Manager, Research Systems

Lead and manage research systems used for electronic research administration (eRA), serving as the R&D data management liaison. Own project management for system integrations and data migrations, coordinate data feeds between systems, and ensure integrity, accuracy, organization, and completeness of sponsored-project records. Work with vendors, represent the research division on technology committees, develop data policies and training modules, and supervise team performance through coaching and appraisals.
