Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, compile, and analyze site data across construction phases (surveys, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings) to support energy auditing and commissioning.
  • •Conduct commissioning and retro-commissioning research and inspections to verify conformance with codes, standards, and permits.
  • •Develop and manage testing specifications, readiness plans, checklists/punch lists, and cost estimates in coordination with owners and other stakeholders.
  • •Oversee cross-functional teams for concurrent projects, including budgets, hours/expenses tracking, technical calculations, documentation, and regulatory analysis.
  • •Prepare Health & Safety Plans and produce technical reports, visualizations, and presentations documenting findings and recommendations; maintain quality control and testing verification logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 11+ years of relevant experience as an alternative.
  • •5–7+ years of post-education experience in commissioning with building and systems commissioning experience.
  • •Familiarity with building commissioning principles and practices across design/build and related project issues.
  • •Knowledge of building planning, design, and installation management, including renovation and new design.
  • •Experience with relevant building technology and installation/compliance requirements, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
