Sales Supervisor, HSR

Supervise daily store operations by assisting the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager and leading a team of sales staff. Ensure excellent customer service, handle client enquiries and complaints, and keep store presentation aligned with brand image. Coordinate sales plan and store event execution, motivate the team to hit sales targets, and enforce security measures. Support staff development through on-the-job and product training while mentoring assistant sales supervisors.
