Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and undertake independent assessments of the quality and effectiveness of controls, risk management, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • •Plan and organize reviews in line with the Internal Audit Plan, agreeing scope and terms of reference, and managing progress within allocated timescales.
  • •Lead and contribute to IT-specific audits and end-to-end audits.
  • •Use data analytics across different audits to support audit execution and insights.
  • •Produce draft issues/findings for review, present findings to management, and confirm outstanding issues are followed up and resolved.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in external or internal audit within IT audit.
  • •Prior banking experience in IT risk (first or second line) may be considered.
  • •Good understanding of banking concepts, products, and procedures.
  • •Good understanding of AI and ideally practical experience in a Banking environment.
  • •Good knowledge of Banking regulations.
