Entry-level HVAC Technician responsible for Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems for institutional clients (Hospitals, Labs, Higher Education). Travel to DMV-area sites (Columbia, MD or York, PA) as part of the Testing and Balancing Group; collaborate in a team to ensure systems operate per design and owner specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Test, adjust and balance HVAC systems to ensure proper operation for institutional clients (Hospitals, Labs, Higher Education)
•Conduct critical space testing to measure airflows and confirm room pressurization and air change rates for healthcare clients
•Perform pre-commissioning tasks to confirm installation per contract documents and owner specifications
•Execute functional performance testing to verify HVAC equipment operates as designed
•Complete training on assigned TAB tasks and adhere to safety and company policies

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48,100 - 68,000 annually
