Job Summary

Serve Real Estate Investments (REI) as a senior analyst by producing management and stakeholder reporting, developing dashboards and data visualizations, and supporting quarterly/annual analytics and ad-hoc requests. Partner with IT and REI to define requirements, prioritize website enhancements and defect resolution, and assist with business technology system upgrades. Independently support analysis, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting while mentoring more junior associates.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead REI website initiatives for enhancements, maintenance, and content management, partnering with IT and REI to define requirements and prioritize development and defect resolution.
•Prepare quarterly/annual management reporting, presentations, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for internal and external customers.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to define data, reporting, and analytics requirements, and develop dashboards and data visualizations.
•Support business technology system upgrades and enhancements through analysis, testing, training, documentation, and troubleshooting/resolution of business system issues.
•Evaluate and improve existing reports (streamline, automate, eliminate) and may mentor more junior associates.

Key Requirements

•3 to 7 years of investment experience (real estate or financial services preferred).
•Experience with report writing and database/query knowledge for data retrieval, reporting, and analysis.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational skills and attention to detail/accuracy.
•Ability to manage projects and work with data acquisition and data wrangling; Agile experience desired.
