Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Real Estate Investments (REI) website initiatives, including enhancements, maintenance, and content management.
  • •Support implementation and maintenance of business technology solutions through analysis, testing, training, and documentation for system upgrades.
  • •Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolution of business systems issues.
  • •Evaluate and streamline, automate, or eliminate existing reports and coordinate future reporting needs and presentation decks.
  • •Prepare management reporting (quarterly/annual) and deliver analytics, risk assessments, and cost/benefit analysis aligned to business strategies.
