•Experience in roles with people management in a retail environment (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) is preferred
•Strong English and Italian language skills is a plus
•Strong KPI, budget awareness, and reporting ability
•Ability to travel medium-to-long term for store operations and team coordination
