Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide deep technical consultation through the sales cycle to support sales and channel goals for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • •Lead and drive large deal conversations, including customer engagement at mid to senior levels.
  • •Own pre-sales activities such as technical sales presentations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
  • •Deliver thought leadership, communicate GTM needs to product, and create solution assets based on domain expertise and market trends.
  • •Mentor and support regional solution engineers, and collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Native-level written and oral communication skills in Dutch.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering, preferably in ITIL/ITSM domain or SaaS/software product environments.
  • •Experience in ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • •Excellent senior customer stakeholder (including CxOs) and internal communication skills.
  • •Experience working on complex sales cycles in mid-market and enterprise business segments.
