Group Manager, Business Systems & Workflow

Lead the strategy and roadmap for business systems, workflow optimization, and process design across Adobe’s Integrated Customer Experience organization. Design and improve end-to-end workflows for Sales and Support, removing friction through scalable standards and AI-enabled capabilities. Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Digital, and Operations to translate business needs into technology-enabled process improvements. Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on workflow design and transformation.
