Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, providing a friendly, customer-focused experience as part of Carvana’s “Hauler-Life.” Load and unload vehicles, inspect equipment for safe operation, complete customer paperwork with detailed notes in the customer tracking system, and drive safely while maintaining a clean record under CMV Driver Qualification policies. You’ll work an 11am–9pm shift on-site in Wyoming, MI.

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers while providing a customer-focused experience.
•Load and unload vehicles, perform regular inspections of the car-hauler, and ensure vehicles maintain safe-to-drive condition.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and be able to perform physically demanding tasks (8+ hours) including loading/unloading and lifting up to 50 lbs.
•Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; must maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•All applicants must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, be at least 21, and possess a valid driver’s license.
